What if I want to cancel?+
You can cancel at any time — no penalties, no awkward conversations. Your store stays live and fully functional through the end of your last paid month. After that, we'll help make any transition as smooth as possible.
Who owns the store content and domain?+
All the content in your store — product listings, images, branding — belongs to you. As for your domain: if you already have one, it stays yours. We point it to our servers and you keep full ownership. If you don't have a domain yet, we can register one for you, and it's yours outright.
What's the difference between the subscription and the one-off build?+
The subscription at $549/month includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and ongoing support — everything covered. The one-off build at $8,500 gives you a fully custom store you own outright, with 30 days of post-launch support. After that, maintenance and hosting are your responsibility. For most small businesses, the subscription delivers more long-term value.
Which payment processors do you support?+
We integrate with Stripe and PayPal out of the box. If you use a different processor, let us know and we'll work it out during the scoping call.
Can I manage my own products and inventory?+
Yes. You'll have a straightforward dashboard to add products, update prices, and manage orders without needing any technical knowledge.
Do I need a separate hosting account?+
No. Hosting is included in the subscription. For the one-off build, we'll help you get set up with the right hosting before handover.
Is the store mobile-friendly?+
Yes. Every store we build is fully optimized for mobile — most of your customers will be shopping on their phones.
What about security and SSL?+
SSL is included. Your store runs on HTTPS and all payment processing is handled securely through your payment provider. We never store card details.
Can you migrate my existing store?+
Yes, we can migrate products and content from most existing platforms. Mention this on your intake form and we'll scope it out.
What if I want to add features later?+
Subscription clients can request additions anytime — we'll scope anything significant and let you know if there's an extra cost before proceeding.
